The day after

So guys I woke up this morning feeling full of energy. I had so many happy, healthy thoughts. I finally felt like I was doing something productive on my journey. I had a huge smile on my face all day and my energy stayed consistent throughout the day. 


I think my workout night 1 was a success!!! I do feel a bit sore but I actually like that feeling...weird I know! I like to know where the workout actually worked on. If you don't feel the soreness then you don't really know if your working on anything. (I may have just typed my explanation in a circle hehe, Just like my train of thought).


 I decided that with my schedule right now I will continue to workout at night so I can go to sleep tired. Since this is new to me I will keep you posted. I also decided that I am going to try new and creative ways to get a workout in. I don't mind the old fashion way but with our new aged world I think some creativity could be fun. I am willing to try anything (well almost anything) once. If you have any ideas on a new way or something that kicked you butt and was worth the cost let me know! Please and Thank you!
