First is the worst!
Ok guys I just got done with my first official workout of the new year. I am sweaty and ready to die but I made it through. I had to make shift with some youtube videos but I feel it got the job done. I will post the videos at the bottom.
I just wanted to share with my you that I have started my journey and plan on keeping it up. I am not going to give up and knowing I have to follow up with you makes it easier for me.
I am sitting in bed typing this and my arms feel like jello and my legs aren't very pleased with me but it is all worth it.
I will say that I truly love the way your body feels after a workout. Yes it's angry but also very calm in a way. I feel this sense of "ahh" all through my body.
This is short but sweet post. I just wanted to follow up. The challenge has begun!
