Long Week... already
This is a journey I am taking with all of you and now I need some crowd participation. I am sorta stuck on the food prep thing just because I hate to cook. I just keep making the same things and I have deflated my desire to eat the same stuff. I am looking for something easy and new (something to excite my tastebuds!) Ab work was tiring today but on the plus side I did run almost a whole mile without stopping today. I did a little bit of an ab circuit and it didn't really do anything for me so I decided that I would make my own. Let me tell you, lower abs are killer to do. I really hate leg lifts but I did them. I am grateful that I can push myself. I am working on getting a lower time for my mile because I eventually want to do a 5k. My sister's boyfriend is always doing 5k's and I know there are some pretty fun ones around.
