Long Week... already

This is a journey I am taking with all of you and now I need some crowd participation. I am sorta stuck on the food prep thing just because I hate to cook. I just keep making the same things and I have deflated my desire to eat the same stuff. I am looking for something easy and new (something to excite my tastebuds!)  Ab work was tiring today but on the plus side I did run almost a whole mile without stopping today. I did a little bit of an ab circuit and it didn't really do anything for me so I decided that I would make my own. Let me tell you, lower abs are killer to do. I really hate leg lifts but I did them. I am grateful that I can push myself.  I am working on getting a lower time for my mile because I eventually want to do a 5k. I'm a Cheater!!

So everyone I have a confession to make and I'm not proud of it. I cheated today. I was on my way to school with little to no time and I had an excruciating headache, and I cheated. Like I said I am not proud of this action but I have to admit it. I had McDonald's today. I got a large coke and fries with a crispy chicken sandwich. I scarfed the whole thing down and my headache went away.  With my busy life it is very hard to have time to eat even after preparing my weekly meals. This is something I have been struggling with and some days I skip meals (Not good!!!) Since I skip meals and have been working out and running around each day, my body is so hungry I start to get these very intense headaches. (which I hate very much.) These headaches unfortunately are the only thing that reminds me to eat.  I am sharing this so people know that I am not perfect and will never claim to be. I am just me and will not let this setback change anything. Other than this one ...

MIA and now returned from the Dead!

Hey guys! I am so sorry that I have been MIA. My life has become crazier now that I have started a new semester in school. I haven't forgotten about all my readers but every time I have some free time I use it to sleep. Either way I am back at it I PROMISE. Now that all the apologies are out of the way.... let me update you. Even though I haven't been writing about my journey I have  continued to work towards my goals.  It has been great. I feel better and I have more energy (which has been very useful right now.) So these are the updates: I started a gym membership at Planet Fitness . I absolutely love it there. I feel very comfortable and I don't feel like anyone is judging me. (Even if they are, I just don't care.) I go in and get what I need to get done and leave. It's a convenient location and I got the Black Card membership so I can go to any of there other locations. (Haven't tried that yet, but I will.) It is very clean there and the staff in St....
